Steam Trap Surveys

Petro Chemical Energy uses temperature and ultrasonic equipment to test each of your steam traps.  A numbered metal tag is attached at each trap.  Upon completion of your survey, we will provide you with a detailed Excel report which includes the location and description of every trap, steam loss and annual dollar loss per leak.

Petro Chemical Energy is not affiliated with any steam trap manufacturer, therefore we are completely independent and unbiased when we report trap conditions and recommend replacement.
